We will reopen Monday June 1st Whether We Have 1 or 50 Students!

Parents,

We pray that you and your families are staying safe and sane during these crazy times!

We have had some significant shipping delays in getting some of the main sanitation equipment and supplies that we want to have in place before we reopen (bulk orders have been hard to fill!). Therefore, we will NOT be opening on Monday, May 18th. However, we feel 100% comfortable with reopening on Monday, June 1st.

We will NOT extend our reopening date any longer than June 1st. We will reopen on Monday, June 1st whether we have ONE or FIFTY students who need care.

We will be smart, we will be SAFE, and we will prioritize the health and safety of our students, staff, and community.

4C/School Readiness Parents: 4C has advised us that because of the Coronavirus, parents do NOT need to take a break in service. Currently, if you do NOT need to transfer to a new school, you do NOT have to do anything since 4C understands that many schools had to close temporarily.

Current Parents:

  • Our front desk staff will be calling each one of you next week (week of May 18th) to confirm if you will be attending the week of June 1st. We have had a lot of new parent inquiries. However, since we are limiting the number of students we can take, we want to make sure we serve our existing families first.

New Parents:

  • Registration Credit: We understand if you cannot wait for us to reopen on June 1st and you have to enroll at another school while we are closed. However, if you decide to join us after we reopen, we will give you a credit for any registration fee you may have paid at any other school from March 1st to June 1st (receipt will be required). This is to make it so you don't pay "double" registration fee (restrictions apply).

  • Tour Our School (week of May 25th by appointment only): we highly recommend that you tour our school before you decide to enroll. We will be doing tours the week of May 25th - by appointments only. Please click here to schedule your appointment: https://bit.ly/361MZ0F

  • Virtual Tour: In the meantime, you can take a VIRTUAL tour now: https://bit.ly/2WYyYMV

Safety precautions that we will continue to take:

  • Temperature check for students and staff upon arrival

  • All students and staff must wash hands immediately upon arrival

  • All staff members will be required to wear a mask

  • Nightly deep sanitization with additional equipment (i.e. fogging machine)

We are all excited to get back to a more "normal" routine with our students - in a safe and careful environment.

God bless and we will see you soon!
